Brian Gadinski - Executive Director I began working at Good Friends September 6, 2022, hired to replace the retiring Executive Director. I have worked in addictions and mental health treatment since 2010. I have worked as a DA counselor, therapist and program director in the Philadelphia area and I am a graduate of Chestnut Hill College. I currently hold licensure for LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.

Terica Smiley, MA, CCDP-D - Clinical Director I have worked in the addiction treatment field for over 35 years and almost all of them at Good Friends, Inc., where I have held every clinical position. I have never come close to feeling professional burnout because I work in what must be one of the most interesting and rewarding professions in human services.

Susan Demenczuk, BSW, CADC - Intake Coordinator I am a graduate from Shippensburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Since graduating I have been working with the dual diagnosis population. My passion is assisting people in exploring all pathways to their recovery.

Aaron Rice, MHS - Primary Therapist I have been in the field of social services for over 20 years and employed at Good Friends, Inc. since 2006. I have a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Human Services.

I love baseball ... I mean LOVE baseball. I aspire to one day become Dr. Rice, learn how to play the piano and study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. |
