Ted Millard, MSW - Executive Director
I began working at Good Friends, Inc. on Mischief Night, 1995, hired to replace the retiring Executive Director. I have worked in the substance abuse treatment field since 1980, in detox, out-patient, and in-patient settings. I am a graduate of Rutgers University, of the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic Family Therapy Training Program, of Leadership Bucks County, and was an Adjunct Faculty Member of Burlington County Community College.

Terica Smiley, MA, CCDP-D - Clinical Director
I have worked in the addiction treatment field for 28 years and 26 of them have been at Good Friends, Inc., where I have held every clinical position. I have never come close to feeling professional burnout because I work in what must be one of the most interesting and rewarding professions in human services.

I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane on 9 occasions.

Susan Demenczuk   George Kupinewicz

Susan Demenczuk, BSW - Intake Coordinator
I am a graduate from Shippensburg University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Since graduating I have been working with the dual diagnosis population. My passion is assisting people in exploring all pathways to their recovery.

I love all creatures, great and small! I have two Maine Coon cats named Tom and Jerry.

 

George Kupinewicz - Primary Therapist
For me, fulfillment comes from helping others. I graduated from Temple University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. My passion lies in the mental and behavioral healthcare field. I have worked at Good Friends, Inc. since 2012.

I am a registered foster parent in the state of PA. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at the shore.

Aaron Rice   Eileen Shellenberger

Aaron Rice, MHS - Primary Therapist
I have been in the field of social services for over 15 years and have been employed with Good Friends, Inc. for the past 8 years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Human Services.

Something you don't know about me?
I love baseball ... I mean LOVE baseball. I aspire to one day become Dr. Rice, learn how to play the piano and study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

 

Eileen Shellenberger, BSW, CCDP - Primary Therapist
I graduated from St. Francis College with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and have been working in the drug and alcohol field for 20 years.

I love the beach. If you canít find me in Morrisville I am probably at the Jersey shore.

Megan O'Sullivan    

Megan O'Sullivan - Primary Therapist
I believe success is measured by happiness. My passion is to encourage wellness in all aspects of life, not just drug and alcohol recovery. I have worked in the D&A field for 8 years at all ages and levels. I accomplished this with my Masters Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling from LaSalle University.
